No. The convenience of Business Devices offer is that you can charge your device purchase on your existing line. You don’t need to subscribe to any other additional service from Etisalat.
I would like to cancel my Business Devices offer contract. What would be my exit charges?
If for some reason you would like to cancel your contract for the Business Devices offer, there would be an exit charge for the devices you currently have on contract. The exit charges would be calculated as below:

No. You can upgrade or downgrade your applicable Etisalat service. This will not affect your current Business Devices subscription and the monthly rental will not be affected.
I want to cancel my Etisalat service. Will it affect my Business devices installments?
If you cancel the Etisalat service through which we bill for your Business or mobile devices, then you would be charged an exit charge for the value of the devices you have on contract. The exit charges would be calculated as below:
