Only those customers whose mobile bills are paid by their companies (also known as COCP "Company Owned and Company Paid" account) can subscribe to the add-on service.

Which countries and operators are covered?

Do I need to renew the pack manually?
No, after the validity is over, the pack gets renewed automatically as per your usage and will not be renew if you do not use the service (once the validity is over).
Will I get charged after the fair usage limit is consumed?
Yes, you will be charged after you consume the daily limit of 100 minutes as per standard roaming charges.
What happens if I choose a non-preferred operator while using this service?
In case you select a non-preferred operator, you will be charged as per standard roaming charges.
Will I be notified if I consume the allowance?
Yes, you will be notified when you consume 50% and 100% of your allowance.
Are the bundles prorated?
No, the add-ons are not prorated and will be charged in full.
