What is Business Quick Start – Premium?
Business Quick Start – Premium is a combination of Broadband Internet, landline connection with 200 free minutes (100 minutes fixed to mobile and 100 minutes for international calls) and one or two device(s) (Choose from a wide selection of devices including laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones and many more with multiple installment options) available in a 12-month plan. All this is available in an all-in-one inclusive bill. You can also subscribe to add-on services and devices (Add-on devices starting from AED 35 per month).

What is the type of landline included in Business Quick Start – Premium?
As part of Business Quick Start – Premium, you will enjoy one landline with no rental charge. This landline can either be a Single Telephone Line (DEL) or PABX. In case of PABX, the main number will be free but standard charges will apply on additional lines.
What happens if I do not have a domain name as part of my current broadband that I am migrating from?
If your current Internet connection does not come with a domain name, then a new domain name will be given free of charge as part of Business Quick Start – Premium.
Is the domain name renewal free of charge after the first year?
The domain name annual fee will be free of charge as long as the subscription to Business Quick Start – Premium remains active.
What happens if I have a domain name linked to my current broadband connection?
If you are subscribing to Business Quick Start – Premium and migrating your existing broadband connection, then your domain name will be migrated as well. Please ensure that you include your current domain name in the application form.
Are there any installation charges applicable to Business Quick Start – Premium?
Installation charges of AED 200 will only be applicable to new customers who do have either a Business Landline or Business Broadband service from Etisalat.
Is a technician visit required as part of the installation for Business Quick Start – Premium?
A technician visit will be required in cases where a broadband or a landline or both need to be installed. It will also be required in case customers seek to migrate from copper connections.

What is the minimum length of the contract for Business Quick Start – Premium?
The minimum contract length for Business Quick Start – Premium is 12 months.
Can I subscribe to Business Quick Start – Premium if I already have an existing Internet connection and/or fixed telephone line?
Yes, customers can migrate from an existing broadband and or telephone line (DEL or PABX) or subscribe to a new broadband and landline (DEL or PABX). In case of migration, the monthly rental will be prorated from the date at which migration is actually effected by Etisalat. Any migration will restart the contract period based on the package being migrated to.
Can I migrate a fax line as part of Business Quick Start – Premium?
At Etisalat, we do not differentiate between a fax line and a telephone line. It is up to customers to determine how they want to use the telephone line. In case the main landline of Business Quick Start – Premium is used as a fax line, then the 200 free minutes are going to be consumed by the fax machine depending on the length and destination of the fax.
Can I subscribe to Business Quick Start – Premium by migrating my existing eLife account?
No, moving from eLife to Business Quick Start – Premium is not allowed. In the same way, it is not allowed to move from Business Quick Start – Premium to eLife. Business Quick Start – Premium is a solution that targets business customers.
Can I subscribe to Business Quick Start – Premium by migrating my existing BusinessLite Triple Play account?
No, moving from BusinessLite Triple Play to Business Quick Start – Premium is not allowed as Business Quick Start – Premium does not include any TV services as part of the bundle.
Can a new company subscribe to Business Quick Start – Premium?
Yes, new companies can subscribe to Business Quick Start – Premium.
What are the add-ons?
Add-ons are additional services that you can take optionally at a very affordable charge. You can choose from connectivity add-ons (DEL, PABX, Other BusinessOne/BusinessSuper Accounts, and Business Ultimate with handset and add-on packs of the same customer), VAS (Voice VAS, Business Flat Package, Business Calling tariff plans) and Devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, routers, switches, projectors, NAS storage or smart TVs). Devices are available starting from AED 35 a month.
How am I going to be billed?
All components of Business Quick Start – Premium will be part of a single consolidated invoice/bill giving you the benefit of one inclusive view for your telecom spends. In addition to the bundle, you will have the option to add new or existing accounts to the same invoice such as mobile and telephone landline services i.e. ISDN PRI, DEL, PABX lines, SIP Trunk, etc. Telephone value-added services and mobile add-ons such as Business Flat, Business Ultimate packages (with its add-ons e.g. CUG, Mobile Data, Shared Data, Data Roaming, Voice Roaming, etc.) will be billed on the same account.
How can I pay my bills?
Customers can pay their bills using all the existing business channels for payment: Online payment through Etisalat’s Business Online Portal (businessonline.etisalat.ae), Etisalat Business Centres, eZeepay (online payment through banks & Emirates Post), offline payments via banks, Public Payment Machines (PPMs), payment through ordinary mail and cheque deposits at drop boxes. Additionally, an auto payment facility through credit card and bank account will be available. Customers who want add-on devices will mandatorily have to opt-in for auto debit from their bank account or auto pay on their credit card (in the name of the company subscribing to the package) for Business Quick Start – Premium and any add-ons.
Can I pay the bill for individual accounts included in Business Quick Start – Premium?
A customer should not pay charges for individual accounts included in Business Quick Start – Premium. In case a customer has mistakenly paid an individual account after the payment of the full amount of the converged bill, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer against his account.
How will add-ons be billed?
The fixed and mobile telecommunication service add-ons are billed under the same Business Quick Start – Premium account number and included in the same converged invoice. Customers can also add devices (laptops or tablets) as add-ons on the same invoice, which will be billed as rentals on an instalment basis to the customer throughout the period of the contract. However, there is a limitation on the number of devices that customers are eligible to buy.
Does Business Quick Start – Premium include a router?
Yes, all bundles come with a Wi-Fi router*
* New customers who do not have Business DEL nor Business Internet will be charged AED 300 for a Wi-Fi router.
Can I include existing telecom services in the bill to achieve a single customer view?
To add existing services to the converged bill, customers must settle the outstanding billed amount for the service to be included and contact us with the application form. The service to be added needs to be under the same company name as the Business Quick Start – Premium subscription. After all services are added under the same Business Quick Start – Premium account, the customer will receive one single converged bill including all services.
In order to ensure continuity of services and avoid suspension for non-payment, customers must pay the full amount of the converged bill under the Business Quick Start – Premium account. To add existing services within Business Quick Start – Premium, please call us at 800 5800, visit your nearest Business Centre or contact your Channel Partner or Account Manager.
What happens if I don’t pay my Business Quick Start – Premium bill on time?
We expect all your bills to be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Non-payment of bills will result in temporary disconnection and cessation.
What is the delivery method for the devices?
Once the order has been processed, Etisalat will contact you with the date of delivery. Allow a maximum of 3 to 5 days from the day your main service has been installed and activated to receive your device.
What happens if I have a problem with my Business Quick Start – Premium?
All SMB customers should call 800 5800 for any issue. If the problem is related to the device, the customer will be asked to take the device to the nearest partner service centre. Allow a maximum of 10 days as repair time from the day that the service centre receives the device from the customer.
Is there any warranty for devices?
Yes, all devices are covered with a 1-year warranty. Extended warranty can be purchased. For more information, call us at 800 5800.
Are there any exit charges linked to Business Quick Start – Premium?
Exit charges will apply in all cases. Customers on a 12-month contract may terminate the contract of service upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Etisalat.
In case the subscription is terminated within the 12-month contract period, the customer shall pay one month package rental + ((AED 250 + 1st bundled device rental) x remaining months of contract) + (AED 250 + 2nd bundled device rental) x remaining months of contract)
- For add-on devices, please refer to the exit penalties as applicable for standalone devices
- Contract periods will be tracked from the date of subscription
- Minimum notice period for de-migrations as well as for cessations should be 30 days, which if not given, one month bundle rental will apply
- Exit charges are also applicable in case of downgrades, migrations and de-migrations
What are the applicable charges if a customer upgrades from Business Quick Start to Business Quick Start – Premium during their Business Quick Start contract period?
If a customer chooses to migrate from regular Business Quick Start to Business Quick Start – Premium during the Business Quick Start contract period, then the customer will have to pay the remaining value of the Business Quick Start device in a single payment before migrating to Business Quick Start – Premium. Remaining value of the Business Quick Start device is calculated as ((AED 200 + bundled device rental) x remaining months of contract).
